Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Hockey Solutions Video Review

Because this service creates lasting teaching moments, there are no refunds.

EDP Summer Skills Sessions

After registration there are no refunds.

EDP Preseason Training Camp

Camp fees are not refundable for any reason EXCEPT if camp is cancelled, there is not enough space for your player, or we need to reduce our capped numbers due to developments outside our control. In such case, fees will be refunded in full for each cancelled session.

Alumni Game

Fully refundable until 12/21, otherwise no refund unless we can find a replacement player.

Elite Prospects Premium Subs.

This is a yearly subscription for a hockey season. The subscription may be cancelled and you can use it for the time you've already paid (through the end of the season). You will not be charged for future years but there are no refunds for the season that was purchased.

Instat Personal Player Access

There are no refunds as this is through a third party.

Instat Personal Player Access

As this is a service provided through a third party (Hudl/Instat) there are no refunds.

Supplemental tryout

No refunds.

USA Hockey Intelligym License

All money for the USA Hockey Intelligym is paid directly to USA Hockey/Intelligym. The terms of that registration will govern any refund requests.
